Rosalina: A Special Gift For You

Both a request and Christmas gift for Xero-J of Rosalina, donning a special holiday outfit designed by him!
And it's really the only time of year where Rosalina seems to be in the most fanservice-y mood as she has no problem showing her stripes. (I meant the panties!)
But it was both fun and challenging when designing the background, but I believe that it's all going to payoff...eventually...
